COVID-19 UPDATE - We are continuing to ship products as quickly as we can!
We try to get all orders to our customers as safely and quickly as we can, but do to sudden closures and shortage of staff through out all of the postal and courier chain, there may be unforeseen delays!
We offer free standard post shipping within Canada, on orders that total $70.00 before taxes and excludes gift cards!
We will always try to get your order out as soon as possible. Unless clearly noted otherwise, every effort will be made to ship orders received before noon Mountain time on regular business days, the same day.. Orders received after noon Mountain time on regular business days, will be shipped the following business day. No one likes waiting for their new gear!
We ship using regular Canada Post, or the faster shipping option that is chosen at checkout. We reserve the right to choose faster shipping with Canada Post or courier service when we deem it appropriate.

All Out Kids Gear is not responsible for addresses that are incorrectly entered causing packages to be delivered to the incorrect address.
All missing packages, either while shipping or after delivery to address entered for delivery, have to be dealt with through the shipping company for tracking or settlement.
We provide a free pick up location for anyone that may be in the Red Deer area. You can have your order brought to Trailhead Climbing and Fitness for pick up. Trailhead Climbing Is located in south Red Deer right along hi-way 2 at the south-west side of Gasoline Alley.

Please, during the checkout process write us a note, in the area provide, stating when you would like to pick up your purchase as well as a contact number. You can also contact us through Facebook or email at info@alloutkids.com.
Once you have completed the checkout with your full address your final shipping cost will be displayed for the shipping option you chose.
We will continue to reduce shipping cost in whichever way we can.
Due to dealer regulations, the following cannot be shipped to addresses outside of Canada. (Deuter, MSR, Thermarest, Icebreaker, Platypus) Sorry for any inconvenience!
